杜文博，男，1985年生。2005年、2011年毕业于中国科学技术大学计算机科学与技术学院，分别获工学学士、博士学位。2011年加入北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院并直评副教授。研究方向包括网络科学、智能计算、态势计算、航空交通运行调控等。获2015年度中国电子学会自然科学一等奖（排名第2）、2016年度中国智能交通学会科学技术一等奖（排名第2），2015年入选中国科协首届“青年人才托举工程”。

研究方向包括复杂网络、智能优化方法、空中交通管理、社会计算、多飞行器协同控制等。主持国家自然科学基金2项、国家科技支撑计划1项，参与863课题、973课题、国家科技支撑计划、自然科学基金创新研究群体等重大重点项目；在Applied Mathematics and Computation、Scientific Reports、IEEE TCAS-ii、EPL等国际学术刊物上发表SCI论文40余篇，SCI总引用600余次，H因子=18。申请国家发明专利10余项。
